Tim Johnson is the CEO and Co-Founder of BIZROK, a dental coaching and team training company he launched with his wife, Lauren, in 2021. Outside of BIZROK, he enjoys running, golf, the beach, and time with his family.

Lauren Johnson is the Chief Experience Officer and Co-Founder of BIZROK, bringing more than a decade of experience in the medical and dental industries. She specializes in team training, patient experience, practice operations, and leadership, helping dental teams become more engaged, confident, and effective. Known as a “champion of the customer” and one of the most sought-after team trainers in the U.S., Lauren is passionate about helping practices build stronger teams and maximize their potential.
