Day 1: Foundations & Framework
Day 1 is all about building the foundation. You’ll dive into the principles of effective communication and begin shaping your message and delivery with intention.

Day 2: Stage, Spotlight, & Coaching
Day 2 is performance day. You’ll take the stage, apply everything you’ve learned, and receive expert feedback through guided coaching, video review, and peer support.

On-stage live presentation rounds
Personalized coaching after each presentation
On-camera recording + playback with trainer review
Opportunities to refine and re-present

Over the course of two days, you’ll rehearse, revise, and refine your delivery:
You’ll present multiple times with live feedback.
Each presentation is recorded and individually reviewed.
You’ll receive expert one-on-one coaching after every round.
You’ll be guided by seasoned speaker mentors who will help you overcome distracting habits, elevate your message, and amplify your strengths. With every round of coaching, you’ll step further into your power—and gain the awareness needed to connect more deeply with your audience.
After each presentation, we’ll watch your video together and unpack what’s working and what’s holding you back. This gives you the chance to see yourself through your audience’s eyes and make meaningful changes in real time.
